After 10 years and thousands of events across the Cincinnati area, we have set up photo booths at more venues than we can count. Some venues are a dream to work at — great natural flow, easy loading access, the right amount of space, and lighting that makes every photo look stunning. Others present challenges that are worth knowing about in advance.

This list is based on real experience, not sponsored content. These are the Cincinnati-area wedding venues where our booths consistently produce the most beautiful results and where our clients have the most fun.

1. The Monastery Event Center

The Monastery is one of Cincinnati's most breathtaking venues — a 19th-century former church with towering stained-glass windows, vaulted ceilings, and exposed brick that creates an absolutely stunning backdrop for every photo. Our Mirror X looks like it was built for this space. The combination of dramatic architecture and warm lighting produces some of the most beautiful photo booth prints we have ever seen come out of a printer. If you are booking The Monastery, the Mirror X or Glam Booth are our top recommendations.

2. The Bell Event Centre

The Bell Event Centre in downtown Cincinnati is a grand ballroom venue with fresco paintings, stained glass windows, exposed brick, and a magnificent pipe organ. The scale of the space means there is always plenty of room for a photo booth setup without crowding the dance floor. We love working here. The lighting is warm and flattering, and the antique decor creates a rich backdrop for prints. Capacity up to 300 guests means a busy booth all night.

3. Pinecroft at Crosley Estate

Pinecroft is a stunning Tudor-style mansion on 18 acres in Cincinnati's eastern suburbs. The combination of historic architecture, beautiful gardens, and elegant indoor spaces makes it one of the most photogenic wedding venues in all of Southwest Ohio. Our Glam Booth and Mirror X both perform beautifully here. The estate's multiple event spaces mean there is always a natural location for the booth that does not feel forced into a corner.

4. Hotel Covington

Just across the river in Covington, Kentucky, Hotel Covington's courtyard with its exposed brick and bistro lights is one of the most Instagram-worthy event spaces in the region. The boutique hotel feel means guests are relaxed and in a celebratory mood from the moment they arrive, which translates to fantastic photo booth energy. We particularly love setting up the Open Air Booth in the courtyard for outdoor receptions here.

5. The Manor House in Mason

The Manor House on 18 acres in Mason is one of Warren County's most beloved wedding venues, and it is one we visit regularly. The charming property has natural flow that draws guests past the photo booth setup organically, which means high participation rates all night. Our Mirror Retro looks particularly stunning against The Manor House's rustic-elegant aesthetic.

6. Rhinegeist Brewery

Rhinegeist in Over-the-Rhine is a Cincinnati wedding institution at this point. The combination of industrial space, great beer, and a genuinely fun atmosphere creates perfect photo booth conditions. Guests are loose, social, and ready to have fun from the moment they walk in. Our Open Air Booth thrives in the Rhinegeist space, and the brewery's photography-friendly industrial aesthetic makes for fantastic prints.

7. Ault Park Pavilion

Ault Park Pavilion is a classic Cincinnati venue that has hosted weddings for generations. The stunning gardens, natural light, and classic architecture create a timeless setting. We love working outdoor and mixed indoor/outdoor events at Ault Park, where the natural surroundings add an extra dimension to photo booth prints. Spring and fall weddings here are some of the most beautiful we attend.

8. Cooper Creek Event Center, Blue Ash

Cooper Creek overlooks the Blue Ash Golf Course and offers sophisticated ballroom-style event space for up to 300 guests. The warm, upscale atmosphere is perfect for both corporate events and wedding receptions. We are regulars at Cooper Creek and know the venue inside out. Our Glam Booth is particularly popular at Cooper Creek weddings, where guests tend to be dressed to impress and love a beauty-filter shot.

9. The Transept

The Transept is a renovated Gothic church in Over-the-Rhine with arched windows, exposed wood beams, and dramatic high ceilings that make every photo look like an editorial shoot. The contrast between the historic architecture and modern, chic event styling creates a visually stunning environment for our Mirror X. If you are having a wedding at The Transept and want a show-stopping photo experience, the Mirror X paired with LED marquee letters is the combination we recommend.

10. The Benison Event Center, Hamilton

The Benison is housed in a beautifully restored historic bank building in downtown Hamilton and offers a level of architectural grandeur that is genuinely rare. Soaring vaulted ceilings, intricate architectural details, and stunning restored interiors make every photo look incredible. It is a venue that has grown massively in popularity in recent years, and we are proud to be the photo booth company of choice for many Benison weddings.

A note about booth placement: At any venue, the location of the photo booth within the room has a huge impact on participation. Our team always arrives early enough to scout the ideal placement — typically near the bar, in a high-traffic area, but not blocking the dance floor. We handle this automatically so you do not have to think about it.
